Cookies policy

The wording used in this policy has the following meanings:

1)     5 Żywiołów – Dastin Wawrzyniak, engaged in an economic activity under the company 5 Żywiołów Dastin Wawrzyniak, headquatered in Głogówek, Powstańców 34 street (45-250, Głogówek), VAT Number: 7551926607, REGON: 161503207; 5 Żywiołów is the Portal’s administrator and the entity that places cookies on the user's end device;

2)     Portal – the 5zywiolow.com website;

3)     User –an individual using the 5zywiolow.com website;

4)      account – personal profile of the user allowing to remember their choices, shopping cart, etc.;

5)      end device – a device (laptop, desktop computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) used by the User to browse the portal;

6)      cookies - IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User's end device and are intended for using the Portal's websites.

 

Cookies

5 Żywiołów does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

Cookies placed by 5 Żywiołów on end devices include, among others, the name of the internet domain they come from (5zywiolow.com), the creation date and expiry date on the end device, and a unique number. These data are not personal data, i.e. they do not allow for the identification of the User..

Cookies allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server used to maintain the portal, the owners of which are:

1)      OVH

 

The purposes for which cookies are used

Ø  adapting the content of the Portal to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Portal User and properly display the website, tailored to their individual needs (e.g. font size, website enlargement set previously);

Ø  creating statistics that help to understand how the Portal Users use the Portal, and establishing statistical information about Users, e.g. their age, gender, regions of residence, etc.;

Ø  maintaining the User's session on the Portal, thanks to which the User retains their choices in the shopping cart while navigating on the Portal, and remains logged in to the portal.

 

Types of cookies

Ø  performance cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Portal;

Ø  functional cookies that “remember” the settings selected by the User, the choices made and personalization of the User interface, e.g. in terms of the font size, the appearance of the Portal, etc., and to remain logged in to the Account while moving between subpages;

Ø  statistical used for counting statistics on the Portal.

 

 

Storing cookies on end devices

The User may consent to the storage of cookies from the Portal on their end device using the settings of the software installed on the end device. In web browsers, it is allowed to store cookies on the device used by the User by default.

You can change the cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting in the Portal User's device. However, this may affect some of the functionalities available on the Portal. For example, personalization of the Portal will be necessary each time it is used. External cookies

The Portal contains redirections to websites owned and operated by external entities (such as: Facebook, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn or Twitter), on which 5 Żywiołów only runs social profiles.

Third party websites have their own privacy policies and also use cookies for the content of which 5 Żywiołów is not responsible and over which it has no influence. At the same time, the providers of those websites make it possible to read the information about cookies provided by them.

 

Deleting cookies

If the User does not agree to the use of his personal data to improve the quality of the Portal's operation, they should go to the appropriate privacy tool and use the available options for managing privacy services.

Each User can change the browser settings so that cookies are not saved on the User's end device. This functionality is available in the web browser settings. Disabling or changing the settings for sample web browsers is described in the following links:

The User may delete cookies by sending such a request to the e-mail address: [email protected] together with additional information identifying them, i.e. with a number identifying cookies from the Portal left in the User's end device.

5 Elements also uses Google's analytical tools. If the User does not want their output data to be processed in Google systems, they can use the Google tool and download an add-on that allows blocking that data, available here.
