How do we operate?
Our online store delivers products from the largest LARP equipment manufacturers – Epic Armory, Mytholon, Burgschneider, as well as a part of Calimacil and Rawblade's assortment. We strive to have as many items available 'on hand' as possible, however, as we are intermediaries, unfortunately, we do not have the entire range in our warehouse. This article was created to explain to you the dependencies regarding the waiting time for delivery. The manufacturer is always provided below the product photos in the section on the left side.
Instant Shipping – Shipment within 48 hours!
We aim to deliver all products to you as quickly as possible, so we have stocked up on large inventories of the most popular products. All products available in the express shipping section are available immediately, and we ship them within 48 hours of purchase. If you prioritize fast delivery, this option is for you!
Epic Armory – Danish manufacturer
When do we place orders?
We place orders with this manufacturer twice a month – on the 1st and 15th of each month*.
How does it work? From this supplier, we also source products from manufacturers such as: Epic Effect, Dark Moon, Ready For Battle, IDV, Light Kit, Tinsley Transfers, Calimacil, Rawblade.
Epic Armory has huge warehouses and inventory levels, so the waiting time is short. We are able to procure products from this manufacturer even within a week (ultimately depending on the number of orders processed by them), so if you need fast delivery, don't hesitate to ask – we'll see what we can do.
When to expect the package?
If you place your order by the 1st or 15th of the month by 12:00 PM, the shipment will most likely be delivered within 7 – 14 business days from the moment we send the order. This means that if you purchase something in our store on the 14th of the month, we will request the manufacturer to deliver the goods the next day. However, if you purchase something in our store on the 16th of the month, you must be aware that our order will be placed with the manufacturer only on the 1st of the next month.
What could go wrong?
It may happen that a product will be temporarily sold out or withdrawn from sale, and we may not be able to notice it. In that case, when placing an order, we will notify you and possibly suggest an alternative.
Mytholon – German manufacturer
When do we place orders?
We place orders with this manufacturer on the 1st and 15th of each month*.
How does it work?
We started cooperating with them relatively recently, but we see that they operate very dynamically. Inventory levels are very 'fluid', which means they have many customers, which unfortunately may sometimes result in some goods being unavailable.
When to expect the package?
If you place your order by the 1st or 15th of the month by 12:00 PM, the shipment will most likely be delivered within 7 – 14 business days from the moment we send the order. This means that if you purchase something in our store on the 14th of the month, we will request the manufacturer to deliver the goods the next day. For over twenty years, the Burgschneider team has been producing historical clothing focusing on medieval reconstructions. During this time, their range of products has expanded beyond the Middle Ages and now includes costumes from movies, theater, and games.

We want everything in our store to be of the highest quality. Every package we send is carefully packed and insured with the courier company. We also include appropriate thanks or small gifts with each shipment.
For orders over 500 PLN, we offer free shipping.

*If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, we place orders with suppliers on the next nearest business day. If a product turns out to be unavailable, you will be informed by email about the missing product. Therefore, we encourage you to check your email after these dates.
