How do we operate?
Our e-shop delivers products from the biggest larp gear manufacturers – Epic Armory and Freyhand. That means that we sadly don’t have all of the items available in stock at all time. This note should help to understand the different variations of delivery times.
Instant shipping – delivery in 48 hours!
We want for all the products to be delivered to you as soon as possible. That’s why we stocked up on the most popular gear. All of them are instantly available, and we send them out within 48 hours after the order is made. If you want to have your items delivered fast – that's the option for you!
Epic Armory – Danish manufacturer
When do we order their products?
We make orders directly from this manufacturer twice a month – on each 1st and 15th.
How do they work?
Epic Armory has wast storage spaces filled with their products, so the wait time is pretty short. We can get most of their products in a week (but it of course always depends on their workload), so if you want to have your items delivered fast – just ask about them, and we’ll try to make it happen.
When should I expect the delivery?
If you’ll place your order until the 1st or 15th day of the month the shipment should arrive in about 7-14 work days after that. This means that if you’ll order something on the 14th we’ll be able to request your items from the manufacturer the next day. But if you’ll make the same order on the 16th it would need to wait until the start of the next month to do so.
Freyhand - German manufacturer
When do we order their products?
We make orders directly from this manufacturer twice a month – on each 1st and 15th.
How do they work?
Despite the fact that the’re in business for only a couple of years their products have fans all around the world. Sadly they don’t have a lot of items ready to ship, and everything they do finds an owner quickly.
When should I expect the delivery?
We cannot specify that. They make their gear by hand in their workshop at Hamburg and the final time of shipment is highly dependent on their workload. We do all we can to keep the wait time in under 30 days, but it could happen that you’ll need to wait for up to 60 days, at most.
Mytholon - German producer
When do we make orders?
We make orders with this manufacturer on the 1st of each month, and often also on the 15th (depending on the number of orders in a given period)
How do they work?
On the LARP market since 1996, thanks to which they have enormous knowledge and even more great products. They have large inventories, but they also take some products from intermediaries (such as Denix guns), which can sometimes affect shipping slides.
When to expect my package?
If you place your order by the 1st of the month, the parcel will most likely be delivered within 14 days from the moment we send the order. This means that if you buy something in our store on the 14th of a given month, the next day we will ask the manufacturer to deliver the goods to us. However, if you buy something in our store on the 16th of a given month, you have to take into account that our order will not be placed with the manufacturer until the 15th of the following month.
Wyvern - German producer
When do we make orders?
We make orders with this manufacturer on the 1st of each month, and often also on the 15th (depending on the number of orders in a given period)
How do they work?
On the LARP market for a long time. Due to the pandemic, they do not have any stock levels, which means that the waiting time is extended because they must first complete our order.
RawBlade - Spanish manufacturer
When do we order their products?
We make orders directly from this manufacturer twice a month – on each 1st and 15th.
When should I expect the delivery?
We cannot specify that. They make their gear by hand in their workshop at Hamburg and the final time of shipment is highly dependent on their workload. We do all we can to keep the wait time in under 30 days, but it could happen that you’ll need to wait for up to 60 days, at most.

We make orders directly from this manufacturer twice a month – on each last and 14th.
When should I expect the delivery?
In 4-8 weeks.
If you place your order by the last day of the month, the parcel will most likely be delivered within 14 days from the moment we send the order. This means that if you buy something in our store on the 14th of a given month, the next day we will ask the manufacturer to deliver the goods to us. However, if you buy something in our store on the 16th of a given month, you have to take into account that our order will not be placed with the manufacturer until the 15th of the following month.
We take care of good delivery
We want everything in our store to be at the highest level. Each package we send is carefully packed and insured with the courier company. We also add appropriate thanks or small gifts to each shipment.
For orders from PLN 500, we offer free shipping.
