“Gerrit” Cucumber – permanently fresh-looking and safe to throw in LARP

Foam vegetables are the most relaxed form of stockpiling. They do not shrink, they do not grow mould, and even after the third market day they still look fresh and well-shaped on display. At the same time, they add exactly the right touch of everyday life to a scene: a full basket feels believable, an empty tavern does not. And if tempers flare, a vegetable can occasionally take flight.

The “Gerrit” cucumber measures 26 cm in length and is modelled in shape and colour after a small salad cucumber. The surface features a subtle texture to reflect natural growth. It is ideal for market stalls, kitchens, camp settings, or rural scenes.

Made from soft PU foam, the cucumber is flexible and lightweight. Thanks to its yielding material and low weight, it is described as suitable as a safe throwing prop in LARP. It works as believable scene dressing and can also be used for playful moments in-game without relying on real food.
