Anselm peeling knife

New to the Anselm family is the peeling knife. With its slightly curved blade, it is excellent for peeling potatoes, cutting vegetables, and various small tasks around the kitchen. The Anselm vegetable knife is also easily adaptable as a utility knife, for example, in leather work.
